Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Eligible returns must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving the order
- Include original tags and packaging
Note: We cannot accept returns on consumables, personalized items, or items marked as final sale, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@cultivationclassic.cc with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending your item back. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Looking to exchange an item for a different size, color, or version?
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). Email us at contact@cultivationclassic.cc within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of the rest.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Email us immediately at contact@cultivationclassic.cc with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
